The Villa

The Villa

Korovesi is ideal for groups of friends, a large family reunion, or a couple or small family who wants to enjoy a small luxury resort in private. Designed by award-winning Australian architect Madeleine Blanchfield with no expenses spared, the buildings and property accommodates guests in style. Additional information about our villa is below, and an instant booking widget is available at the bottom of the page for your convenience. We currently only book the property to one group at a time, so no matter how small your group you will enjoy complete privacy.

Additional Details

Sprawling over two levels of landscaping, the villa is actually seven separate buildings. The upper level has an infinity pool, kitchen, living area, and spacious master bedroom. A 30m pathway leads guests to the lower level, which houses four 'bures'. These bures are situated in pairs, with each set comprising two rooms. Each pair has a queen bed in one room, two single bunk beds and a single trundle bed in the second room, and a shared ensuite bathroom. All rooms have their own private deck and hammock for enjoying stunning views of the bay.

The five friendly and helpful members of our staff ensure that guests are well looked after during their stay. The staff will cook, clean and do everything to make sure you have a truly relaxing holiday experience. For your added security, please note that this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments to be sent to overseas bank accounts. Nightly rate is based on maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 6 children or 8 adults.

Activities & Amenities

Guests are able to enjoy flexibility in dining, with one indoor and one outdoor formal eating area. Both beautiful areas offer expansive views of the bay and the lush green mountains in the distance.

The large kitchen space is an open layout with a separate food preparation area. Multiple cooking options ensure that food can be prepared exactly right, whether it be in a conventional oven, large wood-fired pizza oven, gas bbq, or Webber bbq. For a more exotic authentic experience, there is also a traditional lovu pit (Fijian earthen oven) at the rear of the house which also has a spit bbq and a separate outdoor dining area set in lush surrounds.

Beyond simply relaxing by the pool or in one of the many other lounge areas, Korovesi offers many other options for things to do. At the water level, guests will find a boat shed with mountain bikes, kayaks, and snorkeling equipment, all included in your stay. There is a playing field with stunning views to the rear of the villa where guests can enjoy volleyball, basketball, footy, etc., and there are activities like a trampoline, flying fox, rope swings, and more to wear down even the most energetic of kids.

For deeper relaxation, book a spa appointment in the separate massage bure nestled in the branches of an enormous rain tree. To explore in the water, we have a 23-foot skiff for hire (140 AUD/day includes a skipper and unlimited use) for fishing, diving, and water sports.
